Hardware:
- Desktop computer or laptop (Intel Dual Core processor, 4GB RAM)
- Noise-cancelling Headset
- Webcam with at least 480p resolution
Software:
- Windows 7 or higher
- MAC OS 10.9 or higher
- Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari
Connectivity:
DSL/Broadband/Fiber with at least 20 MBPS Download Speed and 10 MBPS Upload speed. Prepaid internet connections are not accepted.
Teaching environment is particularly important in an online tutorial session. There is no requirement, but we do have recommendations written on our Online Tutorial House Rules. These are discussed during the tutors’ onboarding and will be available on the website. You may also refer to our Service Etiquette for guidance on your online tutorial lessons.
