If the tutor is late for 15 minutes, please contact our Customer Service if you need an urgent replacement or reschedule the session.


We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can arise. In such cases that a tutor cancels a session, you will be informed immediately and be given the opportunity to reschedule with the same tutor or choose a different tutor if you need an urgent replacement.
