What if the learner did not show up in a scheduled session?

If your learner is not online 5 minutes after the session started, please report it immediately to Customer Service through the live chat located on the lower right corner of the video conferencing tool. You may also report other technical issues that you experience during the online class so our Customer Service representatives can help you.


Chalkboard does not penalize learners for being late or absent. The learner can join the video conferencing any time within the session schedule so you should always be in the video conferencing until the session completes.
